I’ve always found it a bit of a condescending post as preached – a submissive woman who darns the clothing of her family and makes them breakfast.

I guess the contemporary parallel is a successful freelancer or small business owner who stands on her own rights and contributes equally to the ‘wealth’ and happiness of her family!

I have heard these reflections about the Proverbs 31 woman before, but it’s always nice to hear them again from a different perspective. I have also done several studies on this portion of scripture. Your thoughts here are very insightful. Thanks for sharing!
