In our marriage, I tend to be the one in positions of spiritual leadership more often than my husband, but that's just because that's where my giftedness lies and his doesn't. LOVE IT!! Parity is relationships is the way to go! I know it works for us: in some areas he is stronger; and in others, I am; and in many, we are balanced.
