Sounds like everything is coming together nicely with your book. That’s great.
I can completely sympathize with getting your name out there…I’m working on networking as I build my new home-based business…so out of my comfort zone! I’m finding being in that place I’m learning lots about myself. It’s a good thing just not easy.

Oooh, great news on the gym and the chapters. I think you’ve got a great book coming together and things will start falling into place. I kind of hate the whole “getting your name out there” game but I guess that is reality. Anyway, you have the Company Girls in your corner and we will help you however we can.

I went to the Gaylord once and the pool was like that. Had not clue why there was no chlorine smell. Now, mystery solved. Good for you to join the gym. Who knows how many inspiring chapters for your book come to you while on the treadmill!

Good for you on the gym! I need some motivation to exercise as well but a gym membership won’t work for me. Wishing I still had my treadmill but it died a few months ago. Ugh!

Thanks for the kind words. We are looking into care for him, but there’s a tangle of insurance paperwork to get through and from what my husband tells me, he needs to have power of attorney or guardianship to sign them (I think we need to speak with someone in-the-know on this issue). His dad’s just not in the right place right now to sign anything, be it insurance forms of power of attorney forms, but we’re trying hard to get through to him.

Good for you! I used to have a gym super close by as well, and like you the thought that I was paying for it really motivated me – I lost a ton of weight! Of course I gained it all back after I fell in love and moved away…I’ll blame my own ample backside on my husband! Though I know it’s aaaaallll mine.

Congratulations on taking your small steps. I would love to hear about the ideas you came up with, as my husband and I were just talking about ways to get ME out there! Maybe we can help each other through our issues as well! Just a thought…
