Returning to unplugging on Sundays – Shawna R. B. Atteberry
Aug 212010

I used to make sure I had a computer-free day during the week to recharge after sitting in front of the computer all week. I’ve decided to return to this practice and start unplugging on Sundays.

Are there times you unplug? What do you do when on day’s you’ve decided to take a break from the computer? I’m thinking of napping and reading a book tomorrow afternoon. Well…after I get done with meetings at church.

Happy weekend everyone!

  1. I think that this is a fantastic idea! I used to make sure that I unplugged by a certain time each night – but that doesn’t happen anymore. Seems like I’m always connected somehow. Perhaps I should consider reinforcing my scheduled unplugged times – I think we all could use it đŸ™‚

    • After this Sunday I am going to get serious about taking the day off of the computer. I had a wonderful nap and finally started The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It was good to be unplugged.
